Joann and Kelly are are super-women plain and simple. Not only do they run a crazy busy, full service design firm in Atlanta, but they are mothers, wives, sisters, daughters, TJ Maxx addicts, readers, tweeters, lovers of food and wine and so much more! Tell us a bit about your personal style When selecting the colour palette and furnishings for this room, the key goal was to make it a "happy" and "comfortable" space. The pop of "pink" was somewhat of a risk, but turned out to be the unexpected element that actually completes the room. I have always been a fan of classic black and white with pops of color, so of course this room stays largely true to that. When I get the itch to redo, I will maintain the black and white and infuse another happy colour to give it a brand new look!
What piece on Rise Art would suit your personal style?
I selected a piece from Rise Art that I would place in my home. It's Pietrasanta,1986 by Romano Cagnoni. I selected this piece because it reminds me of my trip to Italy and the two women look like they would be part of my Italian family! I would love to know what they are saying to each other.
