From 2009 to 2014, she studied arts and techniques at ESAA Duperré, at the Sorbonne, and at ENSAAMA Olivier de Serres in Paris. Then she worked with artists and craftsmen in the metropolis and overseas and founded in Bordeaux the workshop Mâ Nouvelle Orfèvrerie, alongside the artist Marie Guerrier, where she has been working since 2018.
Metal is the backbone of her artistic practice. Touching, sculpting, and assembling this sound, conductive material fascinates her. She pays close attention to the coloration of the metals she uses. She also combines them with ceramics, glass, leather, or paper. From miniature sculptures to in-situ installations, pigments, patinas, hammering, bending, folding... so many techniques she employs to understand this paradoxical material, which is multiple by nature. The question of the representation of the feminine and the systems of thought that stem from it subtly emerges. The body as a crossroads of struggles, a political territory that had to be understood, then defended and learned to be staged. Gradually, this subject shapes the guiding line of her work in contact with poetic experiments. Engaged in a polymorphic creation and transmission approach, she continues her artistic evolution through residencies, exhibitions, and educational workshops where she seeks to enrich her projects through encounters and territories.
