Born in Israel in 1988, Perlman lives and works in Tel Aviv. She received her BFA from HaMidrasha Faculty of Arts with high honors.
Perlman's works have been exhibited in various venues, including The Israel Museum in Jerusalem, The 6th Biennale for Drawing in Jerusalem, Circle 1 Gallery in Berlin and Muza - Eretz Israel Museum in Tel Aviv.
Rona Perlman has taken part in the Artist Residence, The Herzliya Center for the Creative Arts (2015), as well as the VSC residency program for visual artists and writers in Vermont, from which she has received an artist grant (2014).
