Frédéric Bruy Bouabré & nbsp; is a & nbsp; designer & nbsp; and nbsp; Ivorian & nbsp; born the & nbsp; March & nbsp; 1923 & nbsp; at & nbsp; p; January & nbsp; 2014 & nbsp; abidjan1.il is also the inventor of Bété writing, a specifically African writing to save the culture of the people & nbsp; Bété. After the war, he practiced several professions before becoming a civil servant. Following a "& nbsp; divine revelation & nbsp;" that he receives in a dream the & nbsp; March 11, 1948, he devoted himself to giving Africa & nbsp; entirely African writing. This & nbsp; vision & nbsp; will directly influence his life and his & nbsp; work. It is also from that moment that he calls himself "& nbsp; sheik nadro & nbsp;" ("& Nbsp; the revealer & nbsp;" or "& nbsp; who does not forget & nbsp;"). Frédéric Bruly Bouabré created a & nbsp; syllabaire & nbsp; composed of & nbsp; 448 & nbsp; This syllabary bears the name of Bété alphabet, named after the ethnicity & nbsp; It has thus reproduced all the syllables on small cardboard cards. For the creation of his syllabary, he was inspired by geometric figures discovered on stones from a village in the Bété country.
