Invader

Invader is the pseudonym of a widely recognized French urban artist. Born in 1969 and also known as Space Invader, his influence in the art world is considerable.

His work is based on the raw pixelation of 8-bit video games from the 1970s-1980s. The name refers to the classic invaders from the 1978 video game Space Invaders, and a significant portion of his work is composed of square ceramic tiles inspired by this game, as well as other games from the same era, including Pac-Man.

The distinctive creations of the Invaders can be observed in numerous highly frequented locations, spread across more than 60 cities in 30 countries.
