Tove Bowyer is a Danish sculptor, who divides her time between her native country and her studio in London. She has exhibited in this country for over twenty years and, although she has always been involved with sculpture, the media that she has used has changed over the period.
Initially when she started exhibiting she was making ceramic work and showed at such galleries as Amalgam in Barnes and the Peter Dingley Gallery. Primavera in Cambridge, the Piers Feetham Gallery London and Gallerihuset, one of Copenhagen’s leading galleries, have more recently exhibited her sculpture.
Tove is now working with soapstone carving beautiful heads & torsos mounted on plinths.
