In her second exhibition at Sadie Coles HQ, Georgia Gardner Gray delves into the curious world of the cobrador del frac, a Spanish institution embodying the 'frock-coated debt collector,' to probe the depths of universal social performativity. Spanning painting, sculpture, and theatre, Gardner Gray's multidisciplinary practice presents a kaleidoscopic realm teeming with carnivalesque scenes, where a diverse cast of characters drawn from capitalist archetypes and internet subcultures converge.

Presenting new works by Plum Cloutman, Pissing On the Inferno: Mythic From the Pacific lures viewers into Cloutman’s dreamscapes. With a bricolage of textures, tones and moods that recall the hazy and unreliable nature of dreams and memory, Cloutman uses brush, pencil and pastel to create wildly imaginative and wholly captivating works.
