Anna Glasbrook
Born in London, the daughter of a Danish weaver, Anna is an award-winning artist and designer known for using colour, light and diverse materials to create distinctive spaces in buildings. Passionate about the use of light and colour to enhance well-being, her artworks and installations create a colourful and contemporary mood while responding to the architecture and context of a space. Influenced by her Danish roots and travels in Japan, she is inspired by small detail in the built and natural environment. She abstracts her images to create bold work that is both architectural and sculptural.
Anna works in close partnership with clients to produce bespoke artworks. Suitable for wall hanging or as screens, panels and space dividers, even shower screens and balustrades. They can be freestanding artworks or incorporated into the fabric of the building both indoors and out.
