Marie SAKSIK

Lives and Works: ROCHEFORT DU GARD, France

Marie Saksik lives and works in the Avignon region. Passionate about painting and drawing, she has been practicing sculpture for many years. These works offer simple volumes alternating the full and the unleashed underlying by an uninterrupted line of force. The sculptures are then made of chiseled bronze and patinated by a founder (Landowski, Rosini or Barelier founder).
Marie SAKSIK participated in numerous exhibitions in France or abroad and received the bronze medal at the Salon of French Artists (Grand Palais, Paris) in 2016.
