Zhou Yiyan works by adapting the medium for each work, she works her sculptures by combining various materials such as earth and metals, creating reflections that are both warm and cold under the light.
His works express the possibility of a reconciled alliance between our differences, a metaphor for human relationships. It is through texts and numerous sketches that she reveals her impressions.
Yiyan trained in art and design at Shanghai Normal University and at Studio Berçot in fashion design in Paris. Her work has been praised for its beauty and originality, she won the prize for young artistic craft creation piloted by the Ateliers d'art de France, in 2016. Her creations are represented by the MiniMasterpiece and Bleur Gallery galleries.
