Notseig

Notseig is a self-taught artist, born in 1993 in the Paris suburbs. Isolated because of his great sensitivity, he discovered art through video games and drawing, without ever really daring to express himself for fear of doing it badly. It was after years of growing darkness, and never having managed to accept himself, that at the age of 24 he tried to disappear. Alone, in a room where all he had left at the time was a sheet of paper and a pencil, he began to chart his own artistic path, exploring drawing and then photography and painting as ways of finally understanding his worth. "There is no one better or worse than you, because only you know how to do what you do". This is what Notseig means. In this philosophy, each work he creates becomes a bold manifestation of himself, a reflection of his rediscovered identity. Armed with this discovery, it becomes essential for him to share this rebirth. At the heart of this reflection emerges "Not", a little companion who comes to life in each of his creations. This character becomes the very essence of his work, a crucial part of a larger whole.
