Anne Iris

Anne is a visual artist. She is currently studying matter and lines, strokes. An insatiable curiosity and a contemplative spirit are the driving forces behind her pictorial work.

She draws her inspiration from both her walks in nature, the white and veined limestone of the scrubland, the debris of broken twigs, and from disparate objects carelessly placed on a table, which catch her attention and that she assembles on a support.

In line with her curiosity, she uses all kinds of tools; the roller, the brush, the squeegee and works on canvas, paper, mesh, wood, straw threads, wool or cotton, cement, plaster, gravel, acrylic, paper paste, pigments and ink.
