Nikki De Marco, who lives in the Norwegian fjords, transforms her experiences in nature into multi-layered paintings that reflect the dialogue between the outer world and inner reflections. Her art, enriched by her neurodivergence, explores her subconscious, a journey influenced by the therapeutic Norwegian landscapes. This relationship fosters a development towards abstraction, shaped by the study of Jungian psychology, with the relationship between conscious and unconscious areas at the center of her practice.
