Louise McNaught is a British artist whose work celebrates the glory of nature and animals. She uses blazing neon colours and mixed media to give her subjects a godlike, heavenly quality. Louiseās gentle touch highlights the delicate relationship we humans have with nature. We love the way this artist uses her work to inspire awe for the natural world. Her exquisite animal portraits in particular have the effect of tugging on the heartstrings and resensitising us to the beauty of our natural environment.
Louise graduated with a degree in Fine Art from the University of Greenwich. She has exhibited her work at various galleries throughout London and she showcases regularly at the Affordable Art Fairs in the UK and Singapore.
This year the artist will enjoy two solo shows, one at the Curious Duke Gallery in London (April) and another at the Chappell Contemporary in Whitstable (July/August).
