Op Art, Colour Theory and Pattern Design strongly influence her practice. Together with artists Bridget Riley, Carlos Cruz-Diez and Sarah Morris.
Mardon recently had a two-person show at the Brownsword Hepworth Gallery in Chelsea, London. She also had paintings longlisted for the Jackson's Painting Prize and was selected for the RWA Open Exhibition.
